I want a self-directed IRA. Is Pensco, Sunwest Trust, or someone else the best custodian for this type of...? - pensco trust

... Account? I mean the kind of self-IRA allows you to buy property, loans, etc., are not integrated into a broker, a discount or otherwise, or in a society of mutual funds. SUNW Trust and Pensco are the only owners who will manage this type of account. Those who had experienced one of these, or any of its competitors? All information and suggestions are welcome.

Thank you,

Do you want the custodian to hold the money or are you looking for a 'checkbook' IRA LLC? If you want an IRA LLC, Pensco is not the custodian to choose. It is a very good custodian for standard IRAs, but a bit pricier than others. Our company specializes in helping clients understand the rules governing self directed accounts and choosing the right IRA type for the kind of investing they are interested. Most companies just set you up and send you on your way... That is dangerous, because there are so many rules and choices to make. 90% of our clients are real estate investors... give us a call and we will talk you through the process and help you understand the options available to you. If you have decided on all investment decisions are the only considerations that allow the companies to do and what their charges want. Since there is no advice from them, no matter what you choose, especially in this respect.

I have an account with Millennium Trust. They have low rates on fixed assets Pensco. If you do not take much to invest, you may want to choose Pensco. If you expect to grow your wealth, I would with Millennium Trust. I invest in hedge funds, real estate and have done a good job. I think it's also good for real estate Pensco .... Good luck!

All I recommend is the kind of IRA real estate search engine and see what it is. When I'm looking for about 2 years for tax lien certificates that I remember that I found more than 2 trustees, but I believe that the annual rates were observed for the custody of all of them ridiculously high.

I PENSCO accounts for more than three years. I was very please with their services. They have a lot of information about real estate investing is not Investin in spite of his property. I invested in the provision of private equity, I have an online brokerage account when I select shares. The only fault I found that now I want to invest in gold and PENSCO no facilities available in gold for the account holder is. So, if you consider gold as part of your portfolio, you may want to watch someone like GoldStar Trust.

Hope this helps.
