Take part in some projects. Only be understood in such a way, Programming. Reading books does not help.
Search for new small businesses in their city. Ask them free for a job and work, atleast get some experience. You can also register on sites like "Getafreelancer.com. Here you are able to offer over some projects for the reserve price.
If you do this kind of work for about 6 months, you can also apply to other companies, has a new experience that I had, and when you enter this area, the contacts between people will develop the creation of societies based on class of lease.
